Hello again! After 9 long and crazy years, Kevin and I are heading on another World Cup Adventure. This time for the Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand!! Our seventh in total.

1998 - Men’s WC France

1999 - Women’s WC USA

2006 - Men’s WC Germany

2010 - Men’s WC South Africa

2014 - Men’s WC Brazil

2015 - Women’s WC Canada

2023 - Women’s WC Australia & New Zealand

SEA > LAX > MEL

This was our original plan. Mid day flight to LAX and then a 10pm overnight flight to Melbourne. We got word this morning that our long haul flight was delayed due to severe winds around Melbourne. Now we'll be leaving at 9:30am on Friday morning.

Instead of sleeping on the floor at LAX (so tempting I know), and since Qantas is offering to reimburse us for the delay, we got a hotel right by the airport to sleep and be up early for part 2.

Yes, we already miss Yuki and Hal like crazy. A big shout out to our family and friends who are graciously watching them while we’re away.  That’s the hardest part of traveling for us but I know they are in good hands. Sleep tight kitties. 😻❤️😻
